    • What's gold plated jewelry? Is it real gold? What's gold filled jewelry? What's stainless steel jewelry?

    Gold plated jewelry is NOT real solid gold, hence the huge price difference. Our gold plated jewelry is metal copper based, it is then capped with 2-4 layers of 14K gold. GP items need extra love and care (which we have listed on our website as well as provide everyone with product care info with their order). 

    Gold filled pieces well are filled with 14K gold so it has a greater (thicker) amount of gold in the piece compared to plated. Gold-filled jewelry intends to last longer & is more durable than plated. In terms of pricing, it will be a bit more than our plated items. 

    Stainless steel jewelry is very affordable and durable. While stainless steel jewelry has many advantages, including its durability, affordability, and hypoallergenic properties, it also has its disadvantages, including its tendency to scratch, limited design options, and difficulty with resizing. Plus, stainless steel jewelry doesn't tarnish so it looks good even with minimal maintenance.

     

    • Can I return my items?

    All sales are final. Please keep in mind, before you check out you have to accept the check box where you are agreeing to all of our policies including our terms of service.

     

    • How long is processing and shipping?

    • When will you restock X item?

    We don't have exact dates for restock items. We try to restock some items each Friday. We cannot guarantee the restock on a specific item. We suggest if you see something you like in stock to buy it asap, this is due to the fact that we usually usually only restock high demand items. 

      

    • My product broke while I wore it, do you provide a replacement?
    Unfortunately not at the moment. We are not responsible for items breaking once they're in your possession. We are not responsible for items lost either. 
    We do offer replacements for manufacturers damage, while we do quality check before shipping items out, we understand things might slip past us.
    Manufacturing damage MUST BE brought to our attention WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PACKAGE DELIVERY. 
    If it is a manufacturing damage, please fill out the form in our 'Contact Us' page and include the order number and as much specific details. Manufacturing damage cases will be handled by a case to case basis.
