Please allow approximately 2-5 business days to process and package your order. This excludes weekends and holidays. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All orders placed on Friday-Sunday or on national holidays, will start to process the following business day.
If your order is flagged through our fraud analyzer, we may delay your order until we can verify the information via the email used to place the order.
Any high risk orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
We offer USPS Ground Advantage & USPS Priority mail. All rates will be calculated at checkout. During the holiday season, we offer shipping with UPS. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
Please be aware these transit times may differ as we do not know USPS shipping routes. Please allow extra shipping time around/during the holiday season.
Shipment confirmation and tracking:
Please enter a valid email address at checkout. When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, check spam folders if you don't get one after placing your order or reach out to us.
You will receive a confirmation via text/email when your order has shipped. All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Mariposa Joyeria LLC is not responsible for applying taxes on orders, this is done automatically by our website host. We are a registered business with the IRS and state of Oklahoma.
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages:
Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery and Mariposa Joyeria LLC is no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. We have no control nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our possession.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future orders.
Mariposa Joyeria LLC can not be held responsible for wrong doings by USPS or by stolen packages left at the address provided at checkout.
If the customer provides us with the incorrect shipping information, wrong address, no APT #, etc. it is the customers responsibility for any lost packages. Please double-triple check your shipping address before placing your order.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do not do exchanges. We do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on our part and will be decided on a case by case basis. Please get in contact with us within no more than 24 hours that the tracking shows 'delivered.' if you believe we made a mistake.
Please make sure you read each item description so you know what you are purchasing. Please make sure you give your jewelry extra love and care for it, we will not refund/exchange/grant returns for items that are damaged by misuse after receiving them.
